3. Third-Party Services
The contact form is processed using EmailJS, a third-party service that securely delivers form submissions to our inbox without routing them through a custom backend server. EmailJS may process your name, email, and message as part of that delivery.
If you become a client, your business is onboarded into GoHighLevel, which handles your website, CRM, and SMS/A2P messaging. Ad campaigns are run through Google Ads and Meta Ads. Each of these platforms has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
4. Data Retention
Messages submitted through the contact form are retained in our inbox and EmailJS dashboard for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of past communication, unless you request earlier deletion.

You may request, at any time, to:
- See what information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Have your information deleted from our records
